Advanced Geologic has a number of placer claims in their portfolio that are very rich and they want to mine them. Mining is expensive and someone with sufficient financial resources can enjoy the fruits of mining these projects with us. All are our projects in some phase of evaluation, which allows the partner an opportunity to become involved on the ground floor with a very good gold mining project with knowledgeable and experienced people.

Each project has specific targets and goals that reduce the investment risk and improve the likelihood of success. Two projects have existing exploration permits, others have exploration permits in process, and a some have had recent exploration programs that defined an economical resource that needs to be further defined or mined. All provide an opportunity to go mining if not right away, pretty darn quick.

Each opportunity is set up as an exploration and testing project whereby the ground can be mined on a small scale first, then permitted for larger-scaled mining operation, if deemed successful. Large-scale mining permits take time to be acquired, so while that process happens, some mining still can be accomplished.

Remember, there are laws that limit how much material that can be processed before a full-scale mining operation can be performed. In California, that limit is 1,000 cubic yards; other states are larger. Therefore, 50 yards a day for 3-5 weeks will easily reach this limit. However, regulators do not stand there every day and measure exactly how many cubic yards are actually being processed. But at some point it will become fairly obvious that this limit has been reached and the project will be shut down.

Advanced Geologic has run several exploration projects in several states and in other countries as well. Their knowledge and wisdom extend beyond getting the gold and includes leadership skills, camp infrastructure, day-to-day operations, and procurement of supplies and equipment. It is this experience that makes the difference and why you want to be a mining partner with Advanced Geologic.

The basic joint venture terms and conditions are:

  • All opportunities require a buy-in payment that secures your right of 50/50 partnership share of the gold. The buy-in payments vary per project, and tend to be between $50,000 - $100,000. This can be set up with an initial payment, followed by additional payments as each phase is completed and the participation in the next phase is increased. Full buy-in payment is required to enter into a full-scale mining permit. We do this because these are our properties, our evaluation that created the project, and it covers your purchase of the partnership share.
  • The joint venture partner is responsible for capitalization of each exploration phase and the costs for the full mining permit. The exploration costs vary per project but tend to be about $50,000 per phase. This includes equipment, fuel, repair parts, food and crew salaries. Subsequent phase costs are usually less than the initial phase. Full mining permits take between 12-18 months to secure and cost between $60,000 - $120,000 depending on the mine plan.
  • We envision two or three phases of exploration and testing, such that the first phase proves to the partnership that the gold can be recovered economically and there is ample volume to warrant a full-scale mining operation. The second and third phases are conducted while the full mining permit is being prepared and processed. In practice, it is fairly obvious that the project will be economical within the first 10 days of the operation and the joint venture partner may push in all their chips then and start the full mining permit at that point.
  • Each exploration phase lasts between 3-5 weeks and includes a 3-5 person crew from Advanced Geologic. The partner can also contribute a crew, and we encourage this. We can set up group meals or each person or group can be responsible for their own food. We will camp onsite with RVs or the like and work like dogs to get the gold. Daily tasks are assigned and people are expected to do their jobs.
  • The gold is recovered, classified and weighed. Depending on the revenue share agreement, the gold is distributed accordingly. Remember, this is exploration and testing and the amount of gold recovered is not expected to pay for all the expenses. That only happens when full-scale mining is preformed. 25-50 cubic yards a day is not going to have large clean-ups, but there will be gold in every clean-up and if the way we anticipate the project to unfold, enough to put smiles on everyone's faces. We are betting there is enough gold to warrant full-scale mining, hence the mining opportunities.
  • Advanced Geologic will contribute some of their equipment (trommel, grizzly, pumps, shaker table, processing tools, clean-up equipment, etc.); other equipment will need to be leased, rented or procured.
  • Advanced Geologic will be the operations managers. There are no refunds and there is no whining.
  • Ongoing reclamation is a key part of these exploration plans and all parties will be responsible for keeping a clean and tidy operation.

Lastly, why not to more than one project? If you have the financial resources and want to go mining, then lets do this! We are in. How about you?
