Discussion

The Full House claim set consists of fifteen 20-acre claims that cover a broad vein system with highgrade gold mineralization. As the assays table shows below, multiple recon samples returned assays of over 3 ppm or 0.10 OPT gold and a few returned results in the 0.5 ounce to 1.3 ounces per ton range. It is the former site of the Gold Bug Mine.

There are several veins in the Poker Game lode claim block. The main gold vein on the Full House claim block is an anastomosing structure about 15 feet wide with rich pockets and strands. It is part of a wider set of veins that spans a zone a few hundred feet wide and extend from the northwest boundaries of claims 1 and 5 to at least the middle of claims 4 and 8, which would be 5,000 feet long. It is not believed to extend northwestward across the wash at the end of claims 1 and 5 and there is too much alluvium on the southeast to know where it goes in that direction; it suspect that the end of the mineralization is in the middle of claims 4 and 8.

The short-term prize on this claim group are two ore stock piles totaling about 20,000 ton. Four recon samples taken from the stockpiles range from 3.39 ppm to 40.3 ppm Au! The material for the stockpiles was obtained from a main vein-structure located a short distance from the stockpiles. It was was directly sampled twice, R-4 (15.8 ppm) and FH-3 (7.97 ppm). These were bulk channel samples across the vein. I suspect there are very rich pockets that caused the average to remain high. Samples R-1 & 2 and FH-5 & 6 were taken from the 20,000 ton stockpile. They range from 3.29 ppm to 40.3 ppm, which supports the aforementioned assumption about highgrade pockets in the main vein. We are encourage to think there is an average grade of about 6-7 ppm or 0.216 OPT gold.

The stockpiles were part of a former heap leach operations associated with the former Gold Bug Mine that were conducted in the 1980s and 1990s. It appears as though little to no leaching was ever conducted. The flat-topped stockpile has a plastic liner and there are a series of ponds downslope from the stockpile, which would be preg pond and overflow ponds. There are some salt residues in the preg pond that would indicate that solution was used, but not much. All of the infrastructure to the operations including piping, pumps, buildings, etc. have been removed. There are some concrete flooring pads that are remnant to the former buildings, some of which are only partially poured. This means they stopped the operations before anything ever got going.

The BLM has informed us the the operators of the former Gold Bug Mine were in consent violation and the compliance folder along is 3 inches thick. The BLM also informed informed us that they would be willing to assist us in the mining and reclamation of the stockpiles, which would include milling of the ore and reclaiming of the former pads. They are also willing to streamline any small-time mining of the property. We will be meeting with them on January 31 to discuss the past operations and any future plans.

Therefore, we have developed a plan to mine the ore. Given about 20,000 ton at an average grade of 0.216 OPT gold, this translates to 4,320 ounces of gold. We have miller who has a portable mill and wash plant and we have several possible sites to process the material, one a close as an adjacent patented mining claim (private land). Esmeralda County does not have a permitting requirement, but the State of Nevada would if over 5,000 cubic yards would be processes. Water would be imported or a well would be drilled.

Recon Geochemical Results

Results from 17 samples obtained during two rounds of reconnaissance sampling of the properties are listed below. R 1-4 were from the first round and FH 1-21 during the second. Some FH sample were not submitted for assay during this round.
